About

A focused marketplace operations partner for GCC brands.

Ahdana was built around a simple observation: brands with real products and real demand often lose momentum on marketplaces not because of strategy, but because of operations. Someone has to own onboarding, catalog accuracy, account health, coordination, and reporting — consistently, not occasionally. That's the gap Ahdana is built to close.

How we operate

We work primarily on Amazon and Noon today, with the same operating model built to extend to other GCC marketplaces as brands need it.

We take on a limited number of established, revenue-generating brands at a time. That's a deliberate choice: it's what lets us take real ownership of the work we agree to manage, with clear accountability for every account — rather than spreading thin across a large portfolio.

Ahdana (عهدنا) is Arabic for "our promise" — the idea behind how we work.

What that means in practice

  • A defined scope, agreed before we start managing anything
  • One team accountable for your marketplace operations, not a rotating cast
  • Regular reporting, so you're never guessing what's happening on your accounts
  • A small client list, by design, not by accident
